About CRC
Challenge Run Community (CRC) is a free, open platform for tracking and verifying challenge runs across multiple games.
What is CRC?
CRC is a community-driven platform where players submit, verify, and track challenge runs — deathless completions, no-hit runs, speedruns, and other self-imposed challenges.
Every run is reviewed by game-specific moderators before it appears on public leaderboards, ensuring accuracy and fair play.
Which games are tracked?
CRC covers a growing library of games across all platforms. Any game with an active challenge-running community can be added — community members can submit new games for review.
Browse GamesHow does it work?
Runners submit their completed runs with video proof. Game moderators review each submission for rule compliance, then approve or request changes.
Approved runs appear on the game's leaderboard instantly. Runners earn achievements, build profiles, and track their progress over time.
Who can participate?
Everyone. CRC is open to all skill levels — from first-time challenge runners to world-record holders. Sign in with Discord or Twitch to get started.
What are challenge runs?
A challenge run is a playthrough of a game with self-imposed rules that go beyond the default experience. Common types include:
- Deathless
- A complete playthrough without dying. If the player dies, the run is failed.
- No-Hit
- A complete playthrough without taking any damage. Stricter than deathless — a single hit ends the attempt.
- Speedrun
- A complete playthrough finished as fast as possible, often under specific category rules like Any% or 100%.
